Sit Quietly With God.
Sit quietly with God as He blesses you. Ease and open your mind to receive whatever thoughts God may give you. Rest in assurance that God will be with you as tackle the day's challenges. Do not give into worry about whether you can cope with its pressures. Focus your eyes and thoughts to God and He will walk with you. Sit in peaceful thoughts as you know God is for you and with you every step of your journey.

Watch Your Words
Words have the power to bless or wound. We need to watch not only what we say but how we say it. We must be careful when we speak because when you speak negatively we can damage not only ourselves but those around us. God gave us a set of instructions when it comes to communicating with those around us - Be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger. We are to ask God to help us whenever we speak. So before you answer that phone, talk with friends or family, or engage with the world around you, say this small prayer -"Help me, Holy Spirit". When we do this, we allow our tongues be guided by God and once we start speaking positively, we will our joy increased and it will amaze you.
