At Faith Defines Us, every piece is created with intention. Because many of our items are made-to-order and handled with care, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure quality and consistency.

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery (not purchase date), subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Free of any signs of wear, odor, or damage
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• Received by us within 7 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to sender.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sneakers
• All made-to-order items (including embroidered pieces)
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Gifted items without a valid gift receipt
• International orders

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• A restocking fee of 10–15% may be applied at our discretion
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.

Please allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse returns that do not meet our policy
• Limit or deny returns for excessive or suspicious activity
• Update this policy at any time without notice

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments.
