We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise with all original tags and packaging for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Sneakers are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the original shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns are processed the same day we receive and inspect your item(s).
If the item was received as a gift, a gift receipt is required for any return or exchange request.
Please allow up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
