Give God Your Time
We run around every day meeting from meeting as we are always on the go go go. This constant movement can distract us from God. Instead, we need to carve out some time for God. So sit and talk with God, praise and worship God or sit quietly with God. God loves His time with His children. He love to bless those who seek him out and spend time with Him. In our action packed lives, we can carve some time with God, in the morning before work, during lunch, at bedtime, or any time. God is here for us and so let us spend some time with God.
"Surely You have granted him eternal blessings and made him glad with joy of Your presence." - Psalm 21:6
"But as for me, I watch in hope for the Lord, I wait for God my savior; my God will hear me." -Micah 7:7

Trust
Trust God with your whole being. God is always in constant contact with you at all times. Whenever you feel flustered, frazzled or worried , do not get angry with yourself. We are only human and sometimes life get overwhelming, but instead of beating yourself up look to God and trust in Him. God is with you and within you. When life becomes unbearable turn toward God. There is no condemnation from God. Trust in God for His encouragement and support. Trust and listen to God and receive His blessing: Peace be with you.
