When we need refreshment let us rest in God's presence. Resting and relaxing in His company demonstrates the trust we have in God. God is delighted when we take the time to just be in His presence. Do not let the exhaustion of work keep you away from Him nor let that be an excuse of why you don't seek God out. He is there always for you whenever you need support. So take some time today and rest with God and the day's burdens shall seem lighter. Refresh yourself in God's everlasting love.

Seek and follow God and you will find all that you ever longed for. Never feel guilty for taking the time to be still in His presence. We were made in God's image and our hearts yearn to be close to God. Our hearts desire is to be home in heaven. We should not be afraid to be different because our path is designed to us. God has designed each of your paths to right just for you. Follow God and let Him develop your gifts. Follow God wholeheartedly and by your closeness to God we are able to bless others by enabling us to shine bright.

Bring God your feelings, the good and bad. Feelings are not sins but could lead to temptation to sin. When fear and anxiety plague you use your shield of faith to extinguish them. Affirm your trust in the Lord regardless of how you are feeling. We cannot run from fear or anxiety but with God at our sides we can deal with anything. Trust in God and fear will lose its foothold within you.

God is closer than we think. He is present in all of our moments. We are connected to God by His love and nothing can sever His love. Open your eyes and you will see God everywhere. Once we become more aware of His presence the safer we feel. When God is for you, who can be against you?
