Keep Your Eyes on God
Start your day by keeping your eyes focus on God. He will gladly lay out your day so trust in Him. Sometimes the path may seemed block and when you try a way around it, you can get off course. Instead, focus on God for it is He who is leading you. Once you trust and follow God you can pass through the blockage. Too many times, we try to plan out our path without ever talking to God or trusting in Him. Too many times we think we can do it on our own, but with God on your side, you will never be alone and never have to face the struggles alone. In tough times, keep your eyes on God. In good times, keep your eyes on God. In happy or sad times, keep your eyes on God. Being in His Presence will allow you to take the day in confidence.
“Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we're in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed - that exhilarating finish in and with God - he could put up with anything along the way: cross, shame, whatever. And now he's there, in the place of honor, right alongside God. –Hebrews 12:2

The resurrection of Jesus signifies new life, not just for Him but for all who believe in Him. As 2 Corinthians 5:17 says: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”
This truth inspires us at Faith Defines Us to live boldly in our faith. Because Jesus lives, we are called to walk in His victory, share His love, and be a light to the world. Easter is a reminder that no matter how dark the circumstances, God’s power and promises are greater.

The Power of the Cross
On Good Friday, we reflect on the crucifixion of Jesus Christ — the day when God’s plan for redemption reached its most painful yet triumphant moment. Jesus bore the weight of our sins, enduring unimaginable suffering so that we could have eternal life.
Isaiah 53:5 reminds us: “But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on Him, and by His wounds, we are healed.”
Good Friday is not just a commemoration of Christ’s death; it’s a celebration of the love that made it possible. It’s a reminder that our Savior willingly endured the cross for each of us.
