God is Near
God is closer than you think. He is near you when you are going through the worst moments and the best moments of your life. You are connected to God by a love that nothing can sever. God knows what you are going through and you shall never be alone. God is near. Let Him move the sea for you. Lean on Him when you need help and let Him carry you when you are weak. God’s love for you has no boundaries. Allow His love to strength you and shield you. God is near. Bring Him into your life see the awesome plans He has for you because God is here.
“For I know the plans I have for you," says the LORD. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”- Jeremiah 29:11

The resurrection of Jesus signifies new life, not just for Him but for all who believe in Him. As 2 Corinthians 5:17 says: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”
This truth inspires us at Faith Defines Us to live boldly in our faith. Because Jesus lives, we are called to walk in His victory, share His love, and be a light to the world. Easter is a reminder that no matter how dark the circumstances, God’s power and promises are greater.

The Power of the Cross
On Good Friday, we reflect on the crucifixion of Jesus Christ — the day when God’s plan for redemption reached its most painful yet triumphant moment. Jesus bore the weight of our sins, enduring unimaginable suffering so that we could have eternal life.
Isaiah 53:5 reminds us: “But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on Him, and by His wounds, we are healed.”
Good Friday is not just a commemoration of Christ’s death; it’s a celebration of the love that made it possible. It’s a reminder that our Savior willingly endured the cross for each of us.
